Has 21 years experience in the development sector. He has worked with universities, the United Nations and International NGOs. Sifiso has been consulting since 2004. He holds a BSc. in Agriculture, MSc.in Agricultural Economics and an MSc. in Strategic Management. Sifiso has supported strategic planning, programme design, management and evaluation at international, regional, national and local level. He has a passion for strategy and results-based management.

She has varied experience in the Private Sector at senior management level in insurance, clothing, medical and health industry. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town and is currently working towards certification in Coaching and training.
